About Conner Hartmann

Financial Advisor-Partner

Hello! My name is Conner Hartmann, and thank you for visiting.

I grew up in Olalla and studied at Duke University in North Carolina. Graduating with a degree in economics in 2016, I was captain of the varsity wrestling team and a three time NCAA All-American.

What an incredible opportunity. I competed against Olympians, learned from some of the most brilliant minds in the world, and was even once televised nationwide on ESPN prime time for the national semi-finals. It was a humbling experience.

Wrestling taught me to stay positive and embrace life's challenges. It also constantly reminds me how a team behind us makes a world of difference, even when we may be “alone” during competition.

Our clients recognize the same thing I did: it helps when we don’t go it alone. Having a team to rely on for trusted advice, coaching, and simple honesty can be exactly what we need to accomplish our goals.

In my free time, I moonlight as an assistant wrestling coach at South Kitsap High School. Creating opportunities for young, hardworking kids is incredibly rewarding.

When not advising or wrestling, I can be found at the Y and hiking around Mt. Rainier. My lovely wife Brooke usually joins me. I am also an avid reader and love a good podcast (right now my favorites are “The Tim Ferriss Show” and the “Financial Advisor Success Podcast”).

I am a proud Rotarian board member, past Treasurer of the Gig Harbor Young Professionals, and volunteer for the Duke Alumni Association.
